 ⑴皮带转弯不锈钢输送机的牵引力是通过传动滚筒与皮带之间的摩擦力来传递的,须将皮带输送带用拉紧装置拉紧,使皮带在传筒滚筒分离处具有张力。


 ⑵皮带输送机与货载一起在托辊上运行。皮带输送带既是牵引机构,也是输送机的承载机构,

货载与皮带输送带之间没有相对运转,消除了运行中皮带输送机与货载的摩擦阻力。

由于皮带转弯不锈钢输送机托辊内装有滚动轴承,皮带输送带与托辊之间是滚动摩擦,

运行阻力大大减小,从而降低了功率的消耗,增加了运输距离。


对于一台皮带转弯机,其牵引力输送的能力的大小,决定于皮带的张力、皮带输送带在传动滚筒上的围包角和皮带与传动滚筒之间的摩擦系数。

要保证皮带转弯机的皮带在传动滚筒上不打滑,在生产实践中要根据不同情况采取相应的措施。 



 提高牵引力的传递能力有这些方法: 


 ⑴增加拉紧力(初张力)。皮带转弯机在运行中,皮带要伸长,造成牵引力出现下降,要根据情况,

利用拉紧装置适当地将皮带输送带拉紧,增加皮带张力,以增加皮带不锈钢输送机的牵引力。 


 ⑵增加摩擦系数。其具体措施是:保护好输送机的传动滚筒上覆盖的木衬或橡胶等衬垫,以增加摩擦系数,也可以要少出水煤,防止摩擦系数减少。 


 ⑶增加输送机的围包角。井下皮带转弯机由于工作条件差,所需牵引力大,故多采用双滚筒传动,以增加围包角。

As the roller of the belt turning stainless steel conveyor is equipped with rolling bearings, 

there is rolling friction between the belt conveyor belt and the roller, 

and the running resistance is greatly reduced, which reduces the power consumption and increases the transportation distance.
For a belt turning machine, the traction conveying capacity depends on the tension of the belt, 

the wrapping angle of the belt conveyor belt on the transmission drum and the friction coefficient between the belt and the transmission drum.


To ensure that the belt of the belt turning machine does not slip on the transmission drum, 

corresponding measures should be taken according to different conditions in production practice.


There are these methods to improve the transmission capacity of traction force:

(1) increase the tensioning force (initial tension). During the operation of the belt turning machine, the belt shall be extended,

 resulting in the decrease of traction. According to the situation, 

the belt conveyor belt shall be properly tensioned by using the tensioning device to increase the belt tension, 

so as to increase the traction of the stainless steel belt conveyor.



(2) increase the friction coefficient. The specific measures are: 

protect the wood liner or rubber liner covered on the transmission drum of the conveyor to increase the friction coefficient,

 or reduce the water coal to prevent the reduction of the friction coefficient.



(3) increase the wrapping angle of the conveyor. Due to poor working conditions and large traction, 

the underground belt turning machine mostly adopts double drum transmission to increase the wrapping angle.
